Job description
Our client is looking for a D365 HR Architect to join their team on a six month initial contract, working mostly remote with occasional travel to London. This role is Inside IR35.
Project description: Build and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ServiceNow platforms as part of BPO Services for the client, focusing on HR solution architecture and enterprise-scale integrations.
Required Skills: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 HR (F&O HCM). Translate HR business requirements into technical solutions across workforce management, payroll integration, compensation & benefits, and hire-to-retire lifecycle. Define and own integration strategy across Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform) and third party HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Ensure scalable, secure, GDPR-compliant designs aligned with enterprise architecture and future roadmap. More than 8 years of relevant experience.
