Provision of training and technical SME in NATO Functional Services (FAS)

This work requires an instructor with the following qualifications and experience:

 

1. The candidate has a NATO SECRET security clearance, provided by the national security organization valid at the time of submission of the bid and covering the period of the contract

2. Fluent in English and must be able to read and write technical and user documentation.
3. Advanced knowledge of the following FAS system:
o JTS, FAST System, INTEL-FS admin, LOGFAS, TOPFAS NCOP, ICC, combined with in-depth experience of course delivery towards user and operators of the system mentioned.
4. Deep knowledge and experience of NATO's doctrine and standards relevant to Common Operations
5. NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification preferred.
6. Knowledge on interoperability between C2FS FAS systems preferred.
7. Knowledge and experience with NATO Command Structure and NATO Force
Structure

 

8. Experience in stakeholder management and NATO exercise attendance.

 

9. Experience with development of technical documentation, training materials and

 

instructional aids

 

10. Experience working in an international environment with Military and Civilian elements
